Not Surprised

This is the Liberal Democrats office in Hailsham, East Sussex.
Really, would anyone vote for any political party that presented itself like this? It's been like this for years, flaking paint, filthy windows and curtains, and a sheet of hardboard for door glazing. It's located on a busy junction near the centre of the town.
I must be honest, I don't know if it is still in use. But regardless, this is their public image.
What are they thinking?
