Waulkin' the tweed

Back to the Great Tapestry again today! This panel reminds me of College Days. We were at PE college at the time of celebration of the centenary of the 1872 Education (Scotland) Act. During the celebrations 3rd year students danced the Hebridean Weaving Lilt while we of the One Year Course sang carefully tutored by our Gaelic speaking friend Mairi Ann. Happy memories of Happy days.
