LANGSETT RESERVOIR

glad to be back in touch with the internet. Holiday at Centre parcs good, despite rain every day and all day spent really great time with family. Got a lot of exercise as well which I am sure did me good.

Today went to Langsett Barn for exhibition "Langsett and Midhope during the war"

this was mounted by Woodhead mountain rescue who over the years have found lots of shells and other evidence of war on Langsett moor. They decided to go for lottery heritage funding to record war time stories. Excellent exhibition and we hope that we can do a collaborative event with Woodhead and my poetry group involving also a young peoples theatre group. Got me going and excited about potential for another unusual and creative event.
