Mac the Harris Hawk

Lovely morning at the library meeting some Hawks.
Birds such as this Harris Hawk tend to have dominant females and subordinate and smaller males. Harris Hawks also hunt in packs! I find that fascinating!

The stripy arm is my Ds1 - brave boy. My mom held one and so did I.

Just got back from brother and sister in laws after having a Chinese with them. Lovely night x
