The Magical Manatees playing in the Blue Spring

When river temperatures fall below 68 degrees, the constant 72.5 degree waters of Blue Spring are a welcome warm water refuge for manatees. The largest spring on the St. Johns River, Blue Spring is a designated Manatee Refuge and the winter home (mid-November through March) to a growing population of West Indian Manatees. These gentle creatures are from the same family as elephants, and are an endangered species, thanks to careless or uncaring boaters who think speed is their prerogative on Florida's waterways.

And... could that be my pal from yesterday?
