Bridge Street - Chester.

We had an impromptu day out in Chester, which wore out Aud's legs somewhat, So it was with relief and perfect timing that we found another most agreeable tea room. The best of the many available and sampled.
In the picture of Bridge street, you can see Chester's industrial history, knackered old horses and worn out downtrodden women, but forever indulgent wives.

What?

Socialist Worker activists were a short distance away acting like maniacal evangelists, but I wasn't allowed to remonstrate (get in to a row) with them. My Father was a devoted Socialist, and hated everything the "Socialist Worker" outfit stood for. It took awhile for me to understand the difference.
