The last two weeks were spectacular. I was reminded of the amazing friends and family I have here and I'm happy that spending 7 years and 3,700miles away has only made good friendships stronger. I've also had a good kick in the ass by some friends back in the UK......something I probably needed.

I feel a renewed strength.
