New bird box.

We placed a new bird box in the garden after doing a major restructure of the patio and lawn. I wanted to keep the fruit trees for one more season so my wife bought a bird box from RSPB. I fixed it to the tree to keep her happy, not expecting any tenants. To my surprise we have had Mum and Dad flying in and out so we assumed there may be some activity inside.
After cutting the lawn this morning I could hear the chick so sat in the conservatory for a while and out popped this head.
I managed to grab a snap shot of the bird and the fly which tickled me. A bit of noise but any shot is better than no shot.
My wife is well impressed. :-)
