Woke up to sunshine, so we headed out for a morning walk along the river. I got really excited momentarily and did a little frolic, but I got prickled by a bush.

Back home to eat the results of yesterday's baking and watch the tennis.


In the evening Ruth arrived and we all went to the cinema to watch X-Men. I think I'm just excited by being out of the house, I generally think all films are excellent it I see them at the cinema. There was a 10 minute section in the middle that I didn't pay attention to though - I was mentally trying to put McAvoy, Fassbender and Jackman in order of attractiveness. I gave up trying in the end.
