Agapanthus

These bluish-purple blossoms grow on stately, tall and slender stalks that tower over the more drooping, leathery leaves. They are just starting to open up, and then look like a purple puff ball. Another name for them is "Lily of the Nile." There was a little morning dew clinging to the blooms on my walk this morning. I plan to get another shot when they open up more.
