Back on form

Speedy was back on form today at high jump and all other events. Competing for South Lanarkshire he won High jump - 1m65cm, long jump 5m40cm and 200m 25:67 then ran the final leg of the 4x300m taking the team from 3rd to an easy win. We never waited to see if SL won the match but they were in the lead before the relays.
