Roast Dinner

Well. Some days you just feel extra thankful! This is (part of) the piece of gammon that we brought back from Oman last week. It's delicious! First time eating gammon. I seem to be doing a few firsts this weekend.

Sundays are always tough days at work - just because of starting up again after a weekend. Today wasn't too bad. We are fund-raising for another week. Jumble sale, silent auction and selling coffee and cake later in the week. We've yet to decide what to do for Thursday afternoon. For now, I need an early night! :)
