Bird On A Pole

The sun was obscured by a cloud bank for the 15 minutes or so today, so rather than see the sun rise from the horizon I had to wait for it to clear the clouds ...
By the time the sun became visible it was quite bright which made it difficult to capture with any beauty ...
A small bird, however, came to my rescue and posed for a few moments on top of a pole ...
It was quite far away, so the picture isn't too clear ... and the bird didn't stay for very long ... but I guess he was getting a bit warm ... :o)
