Chive flowers

A lovely, warm sunny day, and a lazy Sunday afternoon would have been good!

Unfortunately I spent most of it atop a ladder painting the bedroom ceiling. Hoping that when it's dry it won't look blotchy, as I'm not sure I can face putting on a second coat of paint...

Lots of colour in the garden. Chives and thyme in flower, and the sage about to follow suit. Purple irises, pink lupins and bright red poppies. Love this time of year!
