Boys will be Boys

I think the sunshine couldn't decide whether to stay out today, Hot and sunny one minute then dull and chilly the next. Either way both munchkins had a good ole full on day outside. Munchkin 1 with his fiends which included a little trip to the skate park then the old water slide came out...again, however this time they thought they could soak the mummy! Haha, they didn't count on my fast legs and stealth! Not bad for an oldie. Little Miss E was desperate to join in, but in the end her tormenting big brother thought it was just fun to throw cups of water over her. Poor wee thing.

Anyway, both were happy campers as they got to speak to their daddy. Although I don't think he was quite ready for a conversation about whether he liked lettuce and tomatoes from Little Miss E.

First proper ride out on my race bike tonight...and it felt good, despite the onslaught of itchy eyes, and sneezes when I got back. Only 16 miles, but Im quite pleased since I haven't done any exercise since the marathon in April. The brakes are still very stiff, so I really had to compensate and concentrate.
