Bolton Abbey .....

..... bike ride.

I've had a busy but fun day at work and then this evening have been out for a very enjoyable couple of hours pootling around country lanes with Ali and Mr M on our bikes.

It's been my first bike ride since breaking my hand last July and looking at the fluorescent clad cake belly sticking out in this photo I may need a few more ( eating less cake isn't an option ).

On the way back we stopped off at Bolton Abbey to take a few snaps, so today's blip is .....
