I had a lovely day with the girls from my old practice. Hadn't been to Colchester in years and really enjoyed the sunshine, laughter and lovely company. Lovely catchup with my soul sister on route and plenty of opportunity to take photos today ... so the choice really wasn't easy! VERY tired now so off to bed :-)
