Day 1 Abs Challenge
5 crunchies, 10 sit ups, 5 leg raises and 10sec plank
30 day Abs Challenge start today. I can't do a sit-up unless I put my legs under the sofa which apparently is cheating, and the crunchies are not the chocolate candy type
