Muscle memory

Today the anxiety radar has been peaking.... I always get nervous when Kettle is in a comp...she doesn't, she says... but she did admit that when she is on the floor about to present, the music about to start, her mind goes blank and she has no idea what her first move/position is. Of course, she's a pro...muscle memory kicks in and she's away...

I wish I could say the same....The other cause of increased anxiety was our pre- festival-gig soundcheck tonight. It's getting close and we needed to make sure the sound through the pa is ok... The small audience we played to said we sounded ok ....but there is a direct correlation between sounding better and glasses of prosecco consumed....

Just have to remember the words now. It'll be allreet in a fortneet! ....as they say
