Views of my world

I warped up my loom last night and started weaving this new piece. It's the first time since last summer that I've used the colours of the landscape rather than the sky. The last time was to make a piece called Shoreline which was in the Seagull Gallery in Gourock but when I popped in there today Louise told me the good news that it had sold which was fab! It really cheered me up and I treated myself to a wee brooch from the gallery to celebrate. It was a very relaxed day today, we slept, we cooked, we ate, we watched TV, I wove, we cooked, we ate, we watched TV. Ready now for the week ahead and trying to hold back end of term panic that hasn't quite set in yet.
