Hudson River

This is a photo I took of the Hudson River this morning from the location where a meditation retreat was held this past weekend.

I have been to many retreats over the years - primarily yoga and/or meditation retreats varying in length from a weekend to a week. There have been a few that were amazing and maybe another few over a weekend for which I left early because I just wasn't in the right place.

This past weekend's retreat was pretty good, which is fine by me. It wasn't amazing, but I got what I needed and feel I have very helpful information to hopefully improve my life moving forward. I'd say that's a good investment of a weekend : )
