First Thursday

San Francisco and a number of other cities have a "First Thursday" tradition where all of the galleries are open late and many schedule their openings for new shows for that night. Today is the First Thursday.

So why the music? This is the artist Mike Henderson who not only is a very talented painter but also an accomplished musician. How often do you get to go to an opening and both admire the art work and hear the artist and their band?
