MonoMonday : Three........
.........+ three! (hosted this week by Rainie - Thank you, Rainie!)
This is one of the windows in St. Andrews Church in Heckington - three stained glass depictions in one, plus three smaller glass insets above. The church. built in the 1300s, still has it's original windows, one of which depicts the construction of the Decorated style building itself - though this is not that one.
Shown here in black and white it looks very much like a very intricate stencil and, I thought, very different from one in colour. I quite liked the effect!
This is the same Church which held the Exhibition of Knitted Churches some while ago and which I blipped. Most unusual!
Rather a grey morning - what I call a "nothing day" - but at least it is dry! Temperature at around 56 Deg F.
