Party

Had an excellent weekend in Birmingham with family members (belatedly) celebrating my 60th. The main event was a meal on a 'narrow' boat with music provided by a local singer/guitarist. Altogether, there was much eating and drinking, some dancing, and a nice relaxed visit to the Botanical Gardens on Sunday before everyone departed to their various homes.

Even though it was my birthday, the two grandsons (mine and Ros's) had most of the attention. Quite right too!

Great company and perfect weather. I am a lucky man.
