Futuristic & traditional

Today we went to Woodhall Spa ....... the shot on the left is the rather futuristic looking memorial to 617 Squadron in the memorial gardens. The shot on the right is a wood carving on a post in the little wood.

Something rather different for me butI rather liked the contrast between the new & old ..... hope you like it too :-)
