Freezing?

Watching the weatherman today a funny thought occurred to me: My idea of below freezing is different from the weatherman's. We're both right, but the weatherman's definition is more accurate. 32*F is the freezing point, therefore, anything below 32*F is below freezing. I acknowledge and accept this fact. However, my definition of "below freezing" is more relative. I consider anything below 0*F to be below freezing, anything above really isn't that cold or offensive and therefore is not "freezing". Do you think I'm jaded? lol
