Create attack ?

Happy that I saw this giant ad only after work. First as a reflection in the building opposite and resembling some alien attack on planet earth. Then looking directly to it I first thought of some insect, before then realising the message behind.

But why attack ? Most people don't care and continue walk, talk on the mobile or just carry a baguette home for dinner.
