Just watched the Apple WWDC 2014 live event on my trusty but aged MacBook while upgrading my iPad to IOS 7 just before the announcement of IOS 8 and OSX Yosemite. To borrow a phrase from Jaws " I think we're gonna need a bigger budget" !

Both IOS 8 and OSX Yosemite look great and being an upgrade geek I will NEED both. Sadly this will mean a new Mac and iPhone. My iPhone 4 will not cope with IOS 8. Fingers crossed the iPad will survive at least one more upgrade.
