Yet another lazy day

I'm still having a fibromyalgia flare up and the only thing to do is take it easy. So that's what I do. I didn't even go for a swim this morning, and didn't leave the house at all today. But I was so lucky, as the sun was shining and I had the opportunity to sit for a while in the sun. Also I got a visit from a dear friend, so all in all this was a pretty good day, despite everything that's going on.
