trying to escape

I decided it was time to feed my plants today. I recovered the watering can and found several snails in it - I booted them out and hoped that they were all gone. Whilst planting some bedding plants, this snail appeared over the top of the watering can - I have to assume that he / she liked the plant food and that it hasn't killed him / her off!
