Evening all

Roedd penwythnos gwych, a brysur hefyd. Ro'n ni ar encil yn ein tŷ ni gyda rhai o'n cyd-ymarferwyr Bwdist. Ar ôl diwedd yr encil - ar ôl aeth pawb adre - gweithion ni yn y garej ac aethon ni i lawr i'r dymp tair gwaith gyda llawer o sbwriel. Roedd e'n gyferbyniad diddorol gyda rhan gyntaf y dydd.

It was a great weekend, and busy too. We were on a retreat in our house with some of our fellow Buddhist practitioners. After the end of the retreat - after everyone went home - we worked in the garage and we went down to the dump three times with a lot of rubbish. It was an interesting contrast with the first part of the day.
