Upside down buildings

These intriguing buildings are on my cycle route to work. I noticed while stopped at the traffic lights one morning a few months ago and wondered how long I'd be going past without seeing it. Google tells me it was repainted in December.

This morning it was reasonably sunny and I wasn't running too late so I could stop for a blip.

Another cyclist was killed by a lorry this morning. At Vauxhall - one of the junctions safety campaigners have been trying to get made safer for years.
