Harvest time

Home grown chillies, washed snipped and in ice cube trays in the freezer - sounds very organised but couldn't be further from the truth really ! Thank goodness it only took a couple of minutes so I could get comfy again. I now know why the elderly walk around carefully and slowly as that's what I'm doing at the mo.

Hot water bottle and pain relief from GP are my best friends of the whole day apart from when R rang with updates needless to say its brilliant that he is settling into a new routine, I'm doing ok too so that's all good.

Other important news, girlie chat about a get together and a possible date 'for the weekend' - did I say that !!

I have a plan for getting to sleep tonight in addition to pain relief and hottie bottles, will update you if it works tomorrow ;)
