Mono Monday - The Three Colts

I struggled today with this week's Mono Monday as I had little time to gather ideas for anything exciting or original. This local pub does, however, very neatly fulfil the brief set by Rainie who is kindly hosting the Monday challenge this month

I don't know when this building first became a hostelry but it certainly appears in the 1881 Census under its current name and as it's only a 10 minute walk from my house made an obvious choice on a busy day.
