Take time...

...to smell the roses.

My bouquet from Friday was in full bloom today. They smelled lovely, so I actually took several breaks today just to enjoy the sweet, distinctive smell that only a rose can deliver. Take time they say, and yet somehow... we don't always do it. Time passes, things change, and life moves on.

The reason we hold on to memories, is because memories are the only things that don't change when everything else does.

Thankful for a quiet evening, even if it is alone.
