At the end of the day....

By the time I made it down to the river, after helping Emma and Ryan move into their new home, the night was falling and the light of the day had all but vanished.

The quietness by the riverside was very appealing, and I would have lingered for a while longer, if it hadn't been for the mozzies and midgies that also enjoy nightfall, and mistook me for their dinner!

I rather liked this peaceful photo, and the lack of daylight invited a sepia tone to the image.
