Plenty of health giving commodities here at our local Family Food Store - an Indian owned operation that uses non Mall locations and provides excellent value for money. I am suffering from air-con flu at the moment. Some enforced sleep is proving very welcome in one way but worrying in another due to he loss of vital time with my contract concluding here at the end of this month.
