touching towers

Went out for a walk in the sunshine after dinner. Here we see the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Glasgow University seemingly within touching distance of one another.
Glasgow isn't my University, mine is Strathclyde although I did do an access course to enter Glasgow many many many skins ago.

I dropped out of that one, which coincided with me first meeting my Ex. My head was turned, and really, I wasn't yet ready to take the academic route that would ultimately lead to the job I have now. I never really felt at home within the old sandstone walls of Glasgow, which maybe said more about me than the Uni. I have gone on post-grad courses relating to work since, but Strathclyde Uni will always be my Maw.
