Orchid

First iof all thank you so much for all your lovely comments, stars and hearts for yesterday's 365 blip, it actually made the spotlight page too!

For a few years we have been creating a 'wild flower' garden under the fruit trees. We have planted some flowers and sprinkled a few packets of seeds about. It is a slow process as the grass always seems the strongest plant. However, this morning we found this orchid growing there. I guess it must have germinated from some seed we sowed at some point so we are very pleased. Consequently I thought it would be good to blip it. If you look carefully near the bottom on the centre right there is a little insect and to the left another one albeit rather out of focus!
