Blood tests

I was "very brave girl" today - or at least that's what the nurse told me this morning when I presented my arm for blood tests. They are checking me out to see if my recent insomnia, headaches and dizziness are due to something more sinister than overwork (the GP's disgnosis).

Exercise today: woeful 28'18" for morning running loops, then sit-ups and weights.
