small world

I had a meeting in Glenrothes at 5:30 (pm, not am) and my rush hour avoidance strategy was so successful, I had 20 minutes to myself before it began.

I took the chance of a little fresh air, and headed for Riverside Park. It was looking very good. The council's HQ is just up the street, but I'm sure its nothing more than coincidence.

On which subject, the sculpture was presented to the town by its twin town in Germany - Boblingen.

I'm off to Germany tomorrow.

Boblingen is near Stuttgart, so not very close to my destination (the usual one) but still.

The sculpture is called "The Defenceless One" and is by Rudolf Christian Baisch.
