Managed a 4 hour pain-free Valium-fuelled nap from 11 AM until nearly 2 PM.
Blissful it was, considering the night that I had had.
I have a tendency to give out stink about the pharmaceutical giants and their exploitation of misery and pain for commercial reasons.

Until I need their pharmaceutical help that is...
