Good intentions

A fast day which meant that I only really stopped well after lunch to consider what I'd got through and what still needed to be done. Y11 survived their exam and it seemed to be a fair paper so August will tell whether they were as prepared as they should have been. I have also taught Y13 for the last time - well just under half of the group anyway - I'm hoping that that confidence sees them through to Friday's exam. And then I was out of work at a reasonable time for an appointment at the gym intended to get my routine back on track. So I have got a programme that I can hopefully stick to and as it mainly comprises of using five of the weight machines I think I am going to know about it tomorrow.
