Abandoned

I came across this poor chap while I was out at lunch today. When I came back from my walk he was lying on the ground. Five minutes later a council litter collector picked him up of the floor and sat him up against a nearby lamppost.

I wonder where he came from and if he'll still be there tomorrow? I hope not for his sake, as the forecast is for heavy rain :-(
