Upper Driving Age?

When I got back to the car park today some old bat  an elderly lady was writing me a note to apologise for backing into my car.  Of course I had my camera with me and could take lots of photos of my car, her car and her insurance policy.  

It might look like just a scratch but I know that anything done by the Audi garage in Tonbridge  will cost an arm and a leg.   " I can afford it, please send me the bill" she said.   I noticed her birth date on the insurance certificate read 1933, that makes her 81.  A controversial question- should there be an upper age on driving? Your views???
