A pile resting awhile

Sunny! Work. Church with Ben & Rebekah. Lunch at dads. Ben had mates round to plan their holiday/expedition - all sat around kitchen tables with laptops each - looked like a call centre. Watched Josh run a PB in 1500m (4.21.8) 2nd in javelin and catch up 50m in relay! Walked Ziggy dog with Helena & Bethany. Packing it in!
