Batman Kite vs Lighthouse

I guess there could only ever be one result.

Anyway the intention was to try and get the attention of a guy who was up the lighthouse taking photos of waves for research. I know this because we spoke to him a few days ago and asked if we could go up the lighthouse to have a look. A request which was denied so i thought we'd try again with another tactic, ie the kite, which sadly was unsuccessful as well.

Ah well, you get 3 chances don't you? What's the next plan of attack?
