Nice weather for ducks

Sitting in an office on the top floor with a storm drain overhead is not much fun on a rainy day. Sounds like I am in a very noisy washing machine! The first time it rained hard after we moved in here a few years ago we were so convinced that the ceiling was full of water and about to come down that we called in plumbers!
