Homemade steak pie for tea. First time I've ever made it. Steak was a bit dry and the puff pastry only puffed a little. Gonna work out how to do it better for next time. Maybe cooking the steak for longer in the gravy and the puff pastry (I will admit I bought the pastry) I will roll it out better next time. Overall verdict= a tasty first try
