Gift #33 - Colorful Streets

Even though I often think it would be idyllic to live in the country, I have been learning to appreciate where I find myself living at this time - in the suburbs. One gift is the visually attractive roadsides. The wild flowers in the spring are my favorites, but they are mostly gone now. However the cultivated medians ("canteiros" - as they are called in Brazil) are often quite attractive. I am not entirely happy with this shot as it was taken in low light so my iPhone camera doesn't get a good focus. But here it is.
